The Art of Healing: On View at Englewood Hospital

The Art of Healing: a Collaboration:  Curated by The Art School at Old Church and Located at Englewood Health.

The Art of Healing Exhibit is  an exciting collaboration between Englewood Health in Englewood NJ. and the Art School at Old church in Demarest NJ. As part of an initiative to bring art into the lives of patients and visitors at the hospital in year-long exhibitions in featured hallways of the Hospital.  The Art School and Englewood Health have worked together to turn the hospital hallways into galleries. 

Englewood Health and the Art School recognize the healing potential of art; the display of art enhances Englewood Health's culture of compassion and humanism in medicine, contributing to the comfort and well being of its patients and visitors. The exhibition is curated ffroma regional call for art in order to showcase local talent. The exhibition is an ongoing with the inaugural exhibition mounted in 2015. 35% of the proceeds from sales will benefit the Art School at Old Church, a non-Profit Organization.
